Registration

Registration for SAM-19 is now closed. The Deadline for Registration ended on March 31^st 2025.

Note that your registration is complete only once we received the payment of the conference fee. You will receive an invoice shortly after registering. Please pay via bank transfer and send us your payment confirmation, since it eases organisation and accelerates the process.

Please let us know also if you have any special dietary requirements, and if you would like to participate in the guided tour to the University

Registration fee:

For covering part of the costs we are incurring, we charge a small fee of 100€. This includes participation to the conference, food and drinks during the event and a visited tour to the historic buildings of the University.

There is no reimbursement of the fee in case of non-attendance. For any question, to not hesitate to contact us: sam.conference@arcelormittal.com

We also have a limited amount of waivers. If you are in the need of having the fees waived, please write us and we will see what we can do.
